Every Organization is created with an “Everyone Team”. All users that are added to the Organization are added to the “Everyone Team” by default, the exception to this would be users invited as a Guest, Guest users are not added to the “Everyone Team” by default. The user that created the Collection is added to the Owner Role by default

All new collections that are created will have the “Everyone Team” assigned to them as an Editor by default. The “Everyone Team” may be added or removed from collections at any time.

If a collection is not desired to be shared with all members on the Organization, the “Everyone Team” may be removed from the Collection Editor role after it is created. If a collection is created that all users should have access to, but not be able to add content, then the “Everyone Team” may be moved from the Editors role to the Viewers role

Groups or individual users may be added to the “Owner” “Editor” or “Viewer” role on collections.
