The brief is a document that should ensure that your organization is aligned on its implementation and execution of your marketing strategy.

The goals of your brief should be to:

  • Explain why you are using your strategy

  • Explain what success looks like in your strategy

  • Identify your audience and the outcomes of the plan.

  • Set clear goals, timelines for your plan.
