This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to view or create a private chat for a folder. By following these steps, users can easily communicate privately with other users within a specific folder, making collaboration and sharing of information more efficient and secure.
1. Click the Details icon for the Folder you want to Chat on.
2. Click the Chat icon in the Details Drawer.
3. Click "PRIVATE"
4. Click "NEW PRIVATE CHAT"
5. Click the dropdown to select, or type the name of one or more users to add to the Private Chat.
6. Select the user(s) from the list.
7. Click the Name field to optionally name the Private Chat.
8. Click the Message field to add a message to start the Private Chat.
9. Click "SEND"
